BMO Nintendo Switch Chassis - Show Accurate Internals

As a fan of Adventure Time, I always found myself disappointed with the BMO Nintendo Switch accessories out there on the web. So when my partner asked if I could turn our Switch into a real life BMO, I couldn't resist the opportunity to make one that looks and feels like the real deal.

My BMO Nintendo Switch Chassis has a magnetic faceplate and arms, as well as, SHOW ACCURATE INTERNALS! Though, I did attempt to make them appear more grounded and realistic. I hope you like what's inside, there's a LOT of detail!

This BMO is crafted such that this fits BOTH the OLED and Classic versions of the Nintendo Switch! The only difference being how much screen is visible when using each respective version of the console.

Easy Print! The faceplate even has custom modeled supports that are broken into chunks that make removal FAR easier than normal supports.

-No supports needed unless you choose to print the unsupported Faceplate. Take care to ensure that there is a 1-layer gap between the support model and the faceplate.
-15% Infill.
-3 Walls.
-Works with any plastic.
-Don't forget to print two sets of letters!

Plastic used for body: SUNLU PLA Meta - "Mint Green"

Plastic used for arms: Duramic 3D PLA Plus "Denim Blue"

Supplies needed for assembly:
-14 6x2mm magnets(strong ones)
- CA/super glue + activator
-Putty knife for custom support removal

Assembly:
1. Glue magnets into the four corners of the Faceplate and Body, taking care to ensure the orientation/polarity of the magnets is correct.
2. Glue magnet into "Eject Button", and another magnet into the "Eject Button Port", ensure the orientation/polarity of the magnets is correct. DON'T GLUE CONDUIT YET
3. Glue magnets into Arms and into the inside-sides of the body. Ensure the orientation/polarity of the magnets is correct.
4. Slide Cooling Pipe A through the capacitor.
5. Attach "Infinity Box" and "Cooling System" to each side of Cooling Pipes A and B, with B wrapping in front of the capacitor (See photos above). Do not glue the cooling pipes just yet.
6. Glue the loose assembly of infinity box, capacitor, cooling system, and pipes into their respective footprints and pegs in the body. The pipes can be glued now.
7. Glue Floppy port into the slot on the "Screen + Floppy Drive"
8. Glue "Screen + Floppy Drive" into its respective footprint and peg on the body
9. Glue "Eject Button Port" into its respective footprint peg, curving away from the floppy drive
10. Glue "Peg for Medal" into "Medal of Courage"
11. Glue "Medal of Courage" into "Heart of Gold"
12. Glue assembled "Heart of Gold" to the triangular peg in the body.
13. Glue Eject Button, and remaining buttons/ports to the faceplate.
14. Glue the letters into their respective footprints on the sides.
15. Slide legs into their respective slots, glue not needed.
16. Insert switch
17. Attach assembled faceplate
18. PLAY BMO!
