3D model description

Retract mechanism moving block for Freewing 70mm Retracts (in my case for Ξ₯Ξ‘Ξš-130). Just print it in 3 minutes with 100% infill and glue an M2 nut inside.
The edge of the nut pushes the switches inside. Install the block with the nut edge facing the switches.

Please make sure after you assemble the mechanism that the block is moving freely in the housing and pushes the end switches properly. Check after you open and close the retracts that the motor is not overheating. If It's very hot then the block does not move free enough or does not push the end switches properly.

I designed this part because the retracts on my YAK-130 stopped working and I almost crashed my model. After a few flights, the other two wheel retract mechanisms also broke. The problem is that the moving block that is made from soft metal (lead probably) and after some time the threads wear out so the block no longer moves with the worm axle. Instead of buying new retracts, I designed this replacement block. I count almost 10 flights already with no problems
