Specially designed universal horizontal spool holder for smooth unwinding of TPU or Flex materials.

This is my favorite, and I've been using it on a daily basis for several months now.

A must-try, you won't be disappointed ;).

With a few optional extras, this holder is suitable for coil inner diameters from 52 mm to 57 mm (50.5 mm optional), and for coil thicknesses up to 180 mm (3 versions: 70 mm max, 125 mm max and 180 mm max).

The base is fitted with anti-slip pads, and can also be fixed to its stand. An optional version is available for exclusive mounting.

Principle:

  • A base supports a Ø 8 mm metal axle.

  • A rotating part is mounted on 2 608ZZ bearings.

  • The head cap is screwed onto the rotating part.

  • This nut-cap is interchangeable and accepts coils up to 70 mm thick.

  • 2 other extended plugs are designed for coils up to 125 mm and 180 mm thick (in the Options.zip folder).

  • A non-slip Flex part can be glued to the underside of the base.

  • Tooling is designed to facilitate gluing.

  • A central hole is provided to secure the base.

  • A base exclusively for fixing is available in the Options.zip folder.

  • 13 and 20 mm shim washers are also available in the Options.zip folder for coils with narrower centers.

  • This holder is designed for coils with an internal Ø of 52 mm.

  • It can nevertheless accept coils with an inner Ø of up to 57 mm.

  • For coils with an inside Ø of 50.5 mm, all rotating parts modified to accommodate this Ø are in the 50.zip folder.
