ENG
The use of a CNC engraver to manufacture printed circuit boards by engraving in english style gives good results. Mine is a CNC 1610, so with a minimalist base of 18 by 10 cm, maximum size of pcb it can create. For the hobbyist, it is more than enough for the creation of prototypes without breaking the bank.

The base is small, it is imperative to optimize the locking brackets installed on the bed so they allow the safe use of plates of dimensions 150x100 mm.
The base of my CNC consists of 5 20x20 aluminium profiles machined together. It is easy on the front side to slide standard sliding nuts, on the short sides the locking bracket must be screwed with self drilling screws diameter 5.5. The length I took for these screws is 3.2 cm to ensure proper fixation.

Using the file 'Fixe.stl', you will secure the tray in its lower left corner by screwing 2 pieces on the edges of the bed. The file 'Mobile_Avant.stl' allows you to block the front panel of the pcb if necessary. The file 'Coin.stl' allows you to block the pcb at the top right corner. 'Adjustable.stl' (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2455549 by Pyromaniac) prevents any movement of the pcb during burning.

You can use shims (Cale.stl) to place under the pcb to avoid a depression during the engraving. The pcb is in fact suspended 3mm above the bed to allow the drilling of holes and cutting while protecting the bed of the CNC.
