Endstops to easily make the Home point on a 1610 CNC. This size of CNC is small, it is possible to install these elements on a 3018 or larger without problem.
I was looking for a solution with parts that were easy to print, without supports, simple and solid. I was inspired by some parts of the solution proposed by Sky Takes by modifying them slightly so that they are perfectly adapted to the equipment used.

I use mechanical stop switches (https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B06XS7FVTZ/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=baroudeur08-21&linkId=230484741fb70a222871c2f3644bd8dd&language=fr_FR). For the X and the Y, the assembly allows to adjust them and the led shows the activation of the switch. For the Z, I only used the switch itself, detaching it from its support.

The cable guide chain (https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B06XS7FVTZ/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=baroudeur08-21&linkId=230484741fb70a222871c2f3644bd8dd&language=fr_FR) is referenced in size 10x15, but in fact the links are 22x20 mm outside. It is a bit wide, but of good quality and the links can all be opened for easy assembly.

Lid XY.stl is a common box for the X and Y axis. Printed with transparent filament to allow you to see the internal LED. For the X, painted black, with a round part protected during painting to allow the LED to be seen.

The chain support has been reinforced, the passage of the cable connection adjusted and an M2 screw allows the cables to be secured. The 22mm chain is fitted into the support and is fixed to the 20x20 aluminum profile of the 1610.

The cable guides, printed in several copies and at appropriate lengths, allow cables to pass through the profiles or protect them from dust and etching waste.

A video showing the complete assembly is available on links.
