3D model description

Cloud-Piercer is the spear used by Dan Heng in Honkai: Star Rail.

Dan is the cold and reserved train guard of the Astral Express.

3D printing settings

The spear is about 1800 mm long and it has 10.30mm holes to be able to place 10mm rods (wood or aluminum) as a skeleton.

The boom is around 1800mm long, but can be made longer or shorter. Just print the PoleArm several times to get the desired length.

All the parts are cut in such a way that they can be printed by an Ender 3 (20x20x30)

Easy to assemble and the length can be chosen, it also includes two screw-on pieces to assemble the boom so that it is splittable for easier transport. ( It is also possible to assemble in a single object.)

I tried to slice so no supports are needed, butsome parts will need some small supports.

It has 10.230mm hole in the handle to be able to place 10mmrod as a skeleton. ( you can buy theme on amazon easily )

I recommend aluminum. With aluminum rods it is lighter and more resistant, but the final decision is up to you.

I usually print my parts with the following definitions:

Quality: 2.8
Walls: 3
Infill: 10% or 15%
Pattern: Zig Zag

The Conection 2, I advise you to place 4
-The Conection 1, I advise you to place 4 walls and 70% to 80% of infill, since it is the connection part that connects the various pieces. You can change the print settings, but I don't know to what extent the screw-on margins will still allow for screw-on.
-From my own experience, I give a margin of 0.30 mm for the rods (wood or aluminum.), so that the rod can be placed and glued without the risk of them getting stuck inside the piece.
-I provide the full spear not sliced and without holes, in case you want to slice in another way.
