3D model description

This is a modular system for the Nerf Rival series, although it may work with other Nerf projectiles. This is a dueling tree similar to the real thing. You shoot against another person, the first of whom gets the targets to the opposing side wins. You can print as many as you like but I designed it for 6 paddles and it stands about 36" tall.

And if you really want to get fancy, I printed the paddles and about half way through I swapped colors so one side is red and the other blue. So when you stagger the paddles on the left and right sides, the left side is all blue and the right side is red.

Extra Materials needed:
M6 x 16mm screws - 2 per paddle section
M6 x 20mm - 1 for the base to screw into the first L stem section
608 bearings - 2 per paddle section
8mm diameter x 52mm long shaft - 1 for each paddle section
3 Screws for mounting the base.

I printed everything with a .6 nozzle size at .24 layer height for speed and strength. Everything prints without supports except for the L stem. I suggest printing it in the orientation of the file for strength so you will need the supports for the short stepped area. I did add a 5 row brim for added adhesion to the bed. The L Stem and Paddles I printed with 100% infill. The rest is normal 15 or 20%.

The lower swivel takes 2 bearings. They should have a light press fit. The upper swivel should have a tighter press for the shaft. I used my drill press to align and press it in. Same for the bearings.

The base is meant to screw to a larger board or something else with some weight so it doesn't tip over.
