Plano para corte por laser para hacer un frame compatible con la impresora 3D Anet A8.

Acero de corte por laser de 3mm de espesor.

Compatible con las piezas de dicha impresora.

Modificaciones partiendo de la base de la Tatara: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2221391

Con las siguientes características o modificaciones:

  • Se ha quitado la sujeción de la pantalla. Si se quiere acoplar la pantalla al frame, habrá que hacer una base impresa. (Hay agujeros en la parte superior para poder sujetar la base).

  • Se le ha quitado el refuerzo inferior y creado 6 escuadras para rigidizar la estructura despues de quitar el refuerzo.

  • Las escuadras tienen agujero para poder poner SilentBlocks en caso de querer ponerlos.

  • Posibilidad de poner perfil+carril+carro en vez de varilla de 8mm de diametro+carro+rodamiento lineal en el eje Y. (Por ejemplo, carriles y carros tipo hiwin12).

  • Posibilidad de poner perfil+carril+carro en vez de varilla de 8mm de diametro+carro+rodamiento lineal en el eje Z. (Por ejemplo, carriles y carros tipo hiwin12).

  • Posibilidad de calibrar la cama con 3 puntos en vez de con 4.

  • Posibilidad de poner el carro del extrusor (eje X) en vertical (como en la Anet A8) o en horizontal (como en la Anet A6). Se supone que el frame también es compatible con la Anet A6. (No está testado al 100% la compatibilidad con la Anet A6).

  • Se ha quitado del plano la "H" de sujeción de la cama. (En el plano Nº2 se ha añadido una "H" con otro diseño, para poder hacer el corte de todas las piezas en el caso de desearlo).

  • Para el tensor del eje Y y los finales de carrera de Y y Z es necesario imprimir una pieza en cada caso. (Se incluyen las piezas, que están sacadas de: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2358104)

With the following characteristics or modifications:

  • The grip for the screen has been removed. If you want to attach the screen to the frame, you have to make a printed base. (There are holes in the upper part to hold the base).

  • The lower reinforcement has been removed and 6 squares created to stiffen the structure after removing the reinforcement.

  • The squares have a hole to put SilentBlocks in case you want to put them.

  • Possibility of getting profile + rail + trolley instead of 8 mm diameter rod + trolley + linear bearing on the Y axis. (For exmple hiwin12 rails and trolleys).

  • Possibility of getting profile + rail + trolley instead of 8 mm diameter rod + trolley + linear bearing on the Z axis. (For exmple hiwin12 rails and trolleys).

  • Possibility of calibrating the bed with 3 points instead of 4.

  • Possibility of placing the extruder carriage (X axis) vertically (as in Anet A8) or horizontally (as in Anet A6). It is assumed that the framework is also compatible with the Anet A6. (The compatibility with teh Anet A6 is no tested at 100%).

  • The "H" to hold the bed has been removed from the plane. (In plane Nº2, an "H" with another design has been added, in order to make the cut of all the pieces if it is desired).

  • For the Y-axis tensioner and the Y and Z limit switches, it is necessary to print one part in each case. (The two pieces are included, they are from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2358104).
