3D model description

I did not find any good system for stacking my tools on my shelf with batteries in them so I made this.

Designed for Bosch amazing 12v Series and only for the smaller batteries (2-3A) Pushed into a TPU insert for secure and good fit.

The bases are 100x100 or 150x150mm bricks which interconnects on all four sides making it easy to build your own palette that fits your need. There are four holes for fastening if needed.

All pictures shows the 100x100mm versions which make it a high density setup even for bigger tools like handsaw, vacuum and so on.

TPU inserts fits both 100 and 150mm version but the different brick sizes does not fit together. Choose your grid size first.

3D printing settings

Inserts printed with 90-95 Shore TPU.
Standard settings, 3 perimeters, 0.2 layer height.

Bases and clips printed with PLA, standard settings. 15% infill and 3 Perimeters. Clips are printed with a more precise setting for a little bit tighter tolerance to get a snug fit. If printed to "sloppy" the might be to hard to put into the slots.
