3D model description

I designed this to try to overcome the issues with the need to calibrate the sensor different types and colors of filaments.

I could not test it because I lost my 693ZZ bearings :D

I'll design a new one around the F623ZZ bearing I have laying around.

BOM

-Duet3D Laser Filament Monitor
-4x M3 Washers
-2x M3x6 Hex socket head
-2x M3x10
-2x M3x16
-4x M3 Nuts
-2x 693ZZ Bearings
-1x small length of filament tube

Instructions:

Drill the screw holes (i.e. with the screws themselves) and fit the nuts to Part1 and Part2.

Fix both parts and the Duet3D Laser Filament Monitor with the M3x10. Be careful to not overtight the board and as the sensor is very delicate.

Put a washer in the M3x6, the 693ZZ bearing, another washer. Do this with both of them. Then fit the subassembly into Part2 and Jaw.

Put the small length of the tube and use both M3x16 to fix the Jaw to the Main assembly.
