3D model description

This mount is for the Ormerod 2 (528.3). The hotend was reconstructed from their drawings (Near enough). Part 546 was used to check distances. It should be tolerant to slight variations in the construction of the E3d. This is a modification of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:586189 as I first printed it but had to modify part 546 to correct height (As there must be a different between the Ormerod 1 and 2). You'll probably have to re-zero your Z axis.

You should be able to use existing parts, I have made the holes on the "Nozzle" mount smaller to allow the bolts to bite in (I didn't have enough long bolts to use the nuts with).

I've tested with PLA and ABS fine.

You can also find this on Onshape.
