3D model description

This is a remix from Xalky's "Anet A6 Titan Extruder Carriage Mount".

Some of the things I changed:

  • Added nut drop-throughs so that 3mm bolts and their standard nuts can be used instead of screws.

  • Took away excess material so that the bearings sit flush on either side.

  • Reinforced the BLTouch and fan mount to add rigidity and durability.

  • Re-aligned the extruder bracket holes so the bracket sits completely flush.

  • Raised the belt mounting bands so they do not rub against the moving belt below it.

All the other components to this assembly can be found in the original link folder, including the part cooling nozzle, BLTouch bracket, etc. The original extruder mount will not fit on this one because the holes have been relocated.

The best way to print it is still on the BlTouch mount side down. This will keep supports to a minimum.
