3D model description

this is a wind turbine used as a student project, or for scientific research.

the STL files are :
- ball bearing holder, 2 parts, each of them used to hold one PO8 8 mm bore pillow ballbearing mount.
- blade, 3 blades are needed,
- hub, only one part, used to carry the three blades.
- motor cover, 2 parts are needed, used to adapt a wide range of DC motors used as a Dynamo.
- nose, one part needed, for the front of the project.
- rotary encoder holder, optional, one part used to hold the encoder that (with the arduino) used to measure the rotational speed of the turbine.

the ready made parts are:
- 8mm diameter stainless steel shaft. with length of 50 CM.
- 8mm Bore Inner Ball Mounted Pillow Block Insert Bearing, two parts are needed.
- GT2-6mm Belt Width 16 Teeth 5mm Bore Timing Pulley for the motor shaft, (the bore diameter may be changed according to the DC motor or the dynamo shaft).
- GT2-8mm Belt Width (different) Teeth 8mm Bore Timing Pulley, placed on the 8mm shaft, this pully may have different teeth number according to the reduction ration wanted.
- Closed-loop GT2-6mm Belt used to transfer the power from the shaft to the Dynamo.
- Dynamo, which can be a DC motor.
- red led used to indicate the electrical power from the arduino.
- 2020 aluminum profile for the structure in the following lengths: (60cm *5, 35cm*2)

bed temperature : 60-70 c.
nozzle temperature: 190-210 c.
layer height: 0.2 mm.
infill ratio: 20%.
wall count: 3 walls (total wall thickness of about 2 mm).
material: ABS, PETG, PLA, PLA+
