3D model description

My designs are genuinely made by myself and protected by copyright laws.

This tire foam (insert) is very simple and slightly better than traditional sponge foams.

1/7/2023 UPDATE
Added 2 different profile.
1 Easy print: Less angle outer side of the edge roughly 45Β° to 60Β°.

2 Updated: Based on feedback, changed inner side of edge profile for fitting some tires and rims.

All files are no support needed.

Recommended to print updated stl first

Size is for 1.9" x 4.75(4.65) tires

For scaler vehicle, comp crawler, heavy truck or racer

3D printing settings

I use prusa slicer for printing but can use any other slicer soft as you are using with similar settings.
My best printing result is printing with TPU 95a, 2 vertical shells(walls), 0 solid layers(top/bottom), 0.4mm nozzle and 0.24 layer height, 40-45mm/s speed.(Slower speed usually better result but it depends on your printer settings)

Recommended infill pattern
Soft: 5% gyroid infill (Similar to traditional sponge foams)
Medium: 6.5% gyroid infill (Perfect for scaler /trail crawler)
Firm: 8% gyroid infill (For heavy fully loaded truck or racer)
