3D model description

My designs are genuinely made by myself and protected by copyright laws.

This tire foam (insert) is very simple and slightly better than traditional sponge foams.

12/07/2023 Update
Added new profile stl for easier fitting on rims
(64mm inner diameter)
Old stl is 65mm inner diameter

Size is for 2.2" x 4.75 tires
It can be fitted Traxxas canyon trail 1.9 tire, you need to stretch bead to fit rim
*It may not fit some tires or rims, I can not test all of tires or rims

For scaler vehicle, comp crawler, heavy truck or racer

3D printing settings

I use prusa slicer for printing but can use any other slicer soft as you are using with similar settings.
My best printing result is printing with TPU 95a, 2 vertical shells(walls), 0 solid layers(top/bottom), 0.4mm nozzle and 0.24 layer height, 40mm/s speed.

Recommendation infill pattern
Soft: 5% gyroid infill (Similar to traditional sponge foams)
Medium: 6.5% gyroid infill (Perfect for scaler vehicle)
Firm: 8% gyroid infill (For heavy fully loaded truck or racer)
