Camry 2018 trunk mount for POWER CORE 6200LFP and 13400LFP 3D print model

I spent weeks searching for the best spot to place the batteries in the car. It's designed in a way that it's not obstructing the car ventilation system, it's well protected and clean. Also there's easy way for the cables to be routed to the front of the car - with factory lines under the back seat and along the bottom doorsill (doorstep).

Printing:

• shell_f and shell_b are best printed in abs or in petg. Disable support for bridges - otherwise it'll be hell to remove supports from the zipties holes. When printing in abs scale the parts to 100.4%
• guma_podstawa_f, guma_podstawa_b, guma_bok_l, guma_bok_r should be printed in semiflexible filament 92A-98A - They need to hold their shape in hot summer over the years.
• inline_b, inline_l, inline_r are to be printed in flexible filament something like ninjaflex or other 85A hardness filament.
• trytka_f trytka_b - any flexible filament will be ok.

There is a sacrifitial collar at the bottom of the shell_f and shell_b parts it helps with abs adhersion.

Other parts: 3x M3 12mm with nylock nuts for joining the shells together 1x M3 10mm not longer with nylock nut for guma_bok_p 1x M3 22mm or longer with nylock nut for the head 3-5mm wide zip ties, long would be best. Optional: there is a place in shell_b for two WAGO 221-413 connectors.
