Jedi Fallen Order Concept Art Boone Kastis Jedi Hunter Knife 3D print model

This is a 3D model of the Boone Kastis Jedi Hunter Knife from the early Jedi Fallen Order concept art. The original design was created by Gus Mendonca, who did much of the early design work and character building for the game.

Comprised in the zip folder are a few different files, which are as followed.

The knife can be printed a few different ways. The blade and handle can both be printed separately, and then assembled by sliding the extension at the base of the blade into the slot in the top of the handle. They can be joined by using glue or epoxy. The D-ring and D-ring base will need to be printed separately and then attached to the base of the knife handle, with the D-ring placed underneath the ridge of the D-ring base. There are 2 versions of the D-ring base. Version 1 has a 2 mm hole that can be aligned with the 2 mm hole in the base of the knife handle, and then joined by using a real metal screw with glue or epoxy. Version 2 has a flat head screw head modeled onto it with a 1.9 mm diameter rod extending through the base, which can be inserted into the hole in the base of the knife handle and joined with glue or epoxy. You could also use an all metal D-ring if you wanted to. There is also the option of printing the knife with the blade and handle already joined together. The D-ring and D-ring base will still need to be printed and joined as previously stated.

When assembled the knife is 420 mm long, or 16.5 inches.
