This design is my original dual stage foam(insert).It is soft outer and you can choose the firmness in mid section for grip on rocks and holding on sidehills.

Size is for 1.9" x 4.75 tires

I have tested with proline BF Goodrich Mud terrain, All terrain, Traxxas canyon trail
*It may not fit some tires or rims, I can not test all of tires or rims

For scaler vehicle, comp crawler, heavy truck or racer

3D printing settings

I use prusa slicer for printing but can use any other slicer soft as you are using with similar settings.
My best printing result is printing with TPU 95a, 1 vertical shells(walls), 0 solid layers(top/bottom), 0.4mm nozzle and 0.24 layer height, 40mm/s speed.

Recommendation infill pattern: Gyroid 3-5% (Outer side foam)
Infill 4% is working great for my setup.
