DJI Goggles 2 Battery Mount

Enhance your DJI Goggles 2 experience with our innovative battery mount designed specifically for the headband of these goggles. Our STL file allows you to print this mount from the comfort of your home and achieve the perfect fit for your DJI Goggles 2.

The mount is optimized for printing with high quality and elastic TPU material. TPU provides rubber-like elasticity, high tear and abrasion resistance, and thermal stability to ensure a durable and functional mount.

Our battery mount solves the problem of the battery hanging down by simply attaching it to the DJI Goggles 2 head strap. The mount also acts as a back Velcro fastener to ensure a secure and tight fit of the goggles on your head. The excess cable from the battery to the goggles can be neatly tied up to the holder to avoid annoying cable management.

Installing the battery into the customized holder is effortless and allows for easy removal of the battery with just two fingers, whether for replacement with a spare battery or for charging. The holder also allows a clear view of the battery level LED indicators, so you'll always know how much power is left.

3D PRINT SETTINGS

TPU is easiest to print with a direct drive.

A very slow print speed is recommended.

I myself (Mirco Swiss DD extruder) printed the following settings:

Line width 0.2mm

Line width 0.4

Wall lines 0.4

Top and bottom lines 0.4

Thickness first layer 0.3mm

Line width first layer 140%

Z-seam adjustment "Custom

Z-seam "Rear

Fill density 100%

Temperature (Geeetech TPU) 210 deg.

Temperature pressure plate 60 degrees

Printing speed everywhere 15mm/s

Speed bottom layer 7,5mm/s

Speed of movement max (250mm/s for me)

Reverse control "off

Combing mode "all"

Since TPU can quickly cause clogging if the retraction is strong, it should be disabled. I myself have set a retraction of 0.8mm on my Direct Drive. With a Bowden everyone should determine this for themselves!

Since the pressure of TPU causes a very high stringing you should have good ventilation. I have the cooling set to 100%.
