Note, there is now three versions: -1mm cut away text, 2mm embossed text and 2mm mirrored embossed text.
The embossed text will likely rub and leave a mark of the text, this also makes the inner dia 4mm smaller: size the collar accordingly.

The non mirrored text will likely leave a mark which can be read in the mirror after wearing.

A print in place collar with a clip lock

The hinge is built into the print so required no additional hardware.

Its an oval shape to hug your neck and ideally should be worn comfortably tight.

Then

The .stl is 100x90x25x8mm (frontToBack, SideToSide, Width, thickness) and can be scaled up as required

e.g.
I need a 145mm (internal FrontToBack) collar,
so scaled the collar (100x90mm) and lock by 145%.

Thus giving me the collar (145mm) to fit my neck and the lock to fit it.
