3D model description

NoFoams - Parameterized for your pleasure!

Why use NoFoams (or any other 3D-printed foam alternative)?
They allow for more tire conformity while stopping the tire from rolling over too much when side-hilling or turning.

Designed for use with scx24/ 1/24th scale rc cars however, I see no reason why this couldn't be scaled up for larger rigs. Will only work for beadlock tires with an inner ring.

Parameters:
RingDiameter - the outer diameter of the beadlock ring
OuterDiameter - the diameter of the interior of the wheel
(measure the foams)
NumOfSpokes - number of spokes in the wheel
SpokeBendiness - how curved the spokes are
CoreThickness - how thick the printed core of the print is
OuterRingThickness - how thick the outer ring of the print is
SpokeThickness - how thick each spoke is
RingWidth - How wide is the print
Chamfer - adjusts the chamfer of the inner circle diameter where the wheel ring goes

I included a picture to show what way I think will be the optimal rotation, however, both ways feel file.

Because it is parameterized, the included stl is just for reference. The Fusion360 file is Included. You must parameterize it yourself as each tire and wheel combo is different.
How to Open Parameters:
Under the "MODIFY" dropdown there will be a "Change Parameters" Open that and modify the values under expression.

Depending on the weight of your RC, you can play around with these values to get the perfect tire adjustments.
Depending on your wheel, adding a chamfer could allow you to get a wider ring width.
