PRINT AND COLOR TEST:
0.4 nozzle.
0.2 layer height.
Material: White PLA, Black PLA, Yellow PLA, Red PLA, Blue PLA.
Infill 100%.
Wall generator Arachne.
1 perimeter.
Infill wall overlapping 65%.
No prime tower, no raft.
This model is printed facing down.

When opening your slicer, select all files and click Open. A prompt will pop up considering these files as a multi-object print, select yes!
Assign your colors following the names of the files. (ONLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE MORE THAN ONE AMS) Configure ONLY1AMS_BlackandBlue as black. Add a pause at the beginning of the second layer, when the printer stops, swap the black filament spool with a blue one.

FAQ

Can it be printed using another material?
We recommend using PLA tested with our "Color blending tester" included in this file. But you're free to try with other materials, have fun!

This is for multicolor printers?
Yes, it's meant to be used only on multicolor printers.

How it's possible to use 5 colors on a 4-color system (AMS)?
We take advantage of the natural transparency of the colors to make them blend with each other using thin layers. We also use the Pause setting, which allows us to swap colors.
With this technique we can increase the number of colors we can put on a print using only one AMS.

Can I change the layer height?
We don't recommend changing the layer height, this model is specially designed to be printed in 0.2 layer height. We can't warranty good results with other heights.

If I don't have a multicolor printer, will I be able to print it?
Unfortunately no, this print is designed to be used only on printers with multicolor systems.
