Universal scalable phone holder for cars

Hi fellow 3D printer! Please read the description before printing!!!

This is an universal, scalable phone holder in cars, or anywhere. I designed it for cars.

How do you scale it?

I'll show you in a video soon:

Until then:
You just measure the thickness of your phone. The way you will put it in the holder. If it's with a case, then measure it with a case.

The holder is designed for 10mm thickness.
So if you phone is 8 to 10mm thick, you are good with this size.

BUT if you phone is above 10mm you have to scale the ARMS!!!

For example my girlfriend's phone with the case she is using is 11.5mm thick.

So I have to scale the arms to 120% but only in one dimension.

When you put the arms in the slicer they are "standing".

So you have to change the Z dimension to 120%. But only the Z dimension.

This way you make it to 12mm opening, which is good from 10 to 12mm phones.

4-5 top, bottom layers

Support on buildplate

Put everything on the biggest possible surface, because ABS and ASA warps!!!
