3D model description

Ez3Dtoys First Collectible Action Figure Is Now Available! πŸ€–

Vegeta Ultra Ego πŸ’₯

a Action figure with 28 points of articulation and no need to use supports to print

Firm joints for multiple ways to play and pose.

I really like jointed toys and decided to make my own collection.

After a lot of design and testing I managed to finish my first action figure.

After many tests, I managed to create a fairly stable and well articulated action figure, with the ability to easily disassemble all its joints and that can easily fit with different Ez3DToys upcoming figures and accessories.

the figure contains:

  • 3 Heads

  • Full body

  • 5 Pairs of hands

  • 1 Hakai power

The figure is around 21cm tall and can be printed at over 100% of its size.

(it is not recommended to print less than 100% of its size as it may fail the tolerance of its joints)

the parts of the figure can be printed individually and separated for later assembly 🧩

The upper body, include:

  • heads

  • torso

  • abdomen

  • shoulders

  • arms

  • hands

The lower part of the body, include:

  • Waist, hips and upper legs.

  • knee and calves

  • Shoes.

It also includes a semi-complete version of the pieces for faster printing.

it includes:

  • Complete arms left and right.

  • Full legs

  • Full torso

I recommend you print a complete arm as a test using these parameters or similar.

IMPORTANT:

After printing the whole figure or if you print it in parts, let the piece cool down for a few minutes.

Gently move the joint up and down with slight force before attempting to rotate it.

You can also push the gasket towards the direction where it is embedded with medium force.

After making small movements in various directions with light force, try to rotate the joints with medium force, holding the base of the joint firmly with your fingers, whether it is arm, forearm, torso, abdomen or calf until it is released and you can rotate freely.

To release the hip joint and upper leg, you need to raise your legs horizontally and it will gently give way,

The vertical joint of the legs is somewhat firmer and stiffer for better stability (playing with him you will understand).

The neck, like the previous joints, should be released by moving it in various directions with light force and then turning it with medium force.

His head rotates vertically and only his neck 360Β°.

To remove a joint, you must apply a medium force by pushing outward on the part you want to remove.

The firmest joints are those of the shoulders that join the torso, arm and forearm, you will have to move them repeatedly in various directions with light force before applying medium force.

printed with a classic ender 3. and PLA+ Esun

If you have a printer that prints faster, so much the better!
