3D model description

The model is composed of a hexagonal base with a hole in the center and 6 articulated arms.
In order to keep the position of the arms stable, 6 attachments are used.
Depending on the material used to connect the 6 arms, the fasteners may become obsolete. If the plastic is rigid enough, it can fully ensure the stability of the 6 arms, otherwise, the fasteners are necessary.

In the middle, you can place a small cotton ball to filter the water collected from the mechanical waste. A small ledge at the bottom base of the opening helps keep the cotton in place.

Main use case: Collecting rainwater for various uses, including watering plants

3D printing settings

Material: PLA
filling: at least 50% (necessary to ensure the good rigidity of the articulated arms.
