A HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM DUAL USE - HEAT AND COULD

THIS UNIT USE A DOUBLE THREAD DESIGN, CREATED AND OPTIMISED FOR 3D PRINTING.

USING THE AIR - AIR HEAT EXCHANGER IS ONE WAY TO RECOVER THAT LOST ENERGY DURING VENTILATION! INSTEAD OF OPEN A WINDOW AND LOOSING THE HEAT/COULD FROM YOUR HOUSE... USE A HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM!

FOR EXCHANGER THERMAL TRANSFER MEDIA ARE USED POLYCARBONATE SHEETS - 4MM DUAL WALLS - SIZE 450X450mm.
FOR SEPARATION PLAN ARE USED STRIPS OF POLYCARBONATE SHEET - 4MM DUAL WALLS - SIZE 20X450mm.

FOR BEST RESULTS A 600X900 CO2 LASER IS REQUIRED TO CUT THE TRANSFER MEDIA MATERIALS - POLYCARBONATE, AND ALSO FOR THE FACES OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER - PLYWOOD.

DXF FILES ARE ON "0" BETWEEN PARTS, THE GAP REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY IS GENERATED BY THE LASER KERF.

IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE LASER UNIT, THE TOP AND BOTTOM FACES ARE DESIGN TO BE CUT (EACH) IN TWO SECTIONS.
