3D model description

Fila Quadro Spin 2023 Anycubic Vyper

Four spindles for quick access of different colors or grades.

The filament can be loaded with the spooler

can be quickly and easily rolled onto the spool.

Hook the beginning into the hole provided with a (lighter) bend so that the filament does not slip through during unwinding.

The spool is then twisted with the fingertip or a chapstick. Secured the filament to the spool with a hoop. I thread the end through the spool holes on the side once/twice.

The main axle carries all four reels on one sleeve, separated by spacer sleeve rings to keep them from spinning as they unwind.

The axis is supported by an additional filament arm. The arm can compensate for the inclined when the roll is normal. If necessary, max. one reel can run in addition to the standard reel.

There is a stand column for storing the reels.

The two halves of the coil are glued together.

I got the idea for this Fila-Quatro-Spin when I saw the kilogram filament spool hanging on the standard mount. I really just wanted to support it with a second filament arm, but more just came out of it.

The filament can be used with the spooler

can be quickly and easily rolled onto the spool.

Hook the beginning with a (lighter) kink into the hole provided so that the filament does not slip through when twisting.

The coil is then turned with the fingertip or a Labello lipstick. The filament is secured on the spool with a ring. I thread the end once or twice through the side spool holes.

The main axis carries all four rollers on a sleeve, which are separated from each other by spacer sleeve rings so that they do not rotate when rolling.

The axis is supported with an additional filament arm. The arm can compensate for the inclined position with a normal roll. If necessary, a maximum of one spool can run in addition to the standard reel.

There is a stand for storing the coils.

The two coil halves be glued together

I got the idea for this Fila-Quatro-Spin when I saw the heavy filament roll hanging on the standard holder. I actually just wanted to support it with a second filament arm, but it turned out to be more.
