3D model description

Side parts for the Yamaha XT 600 of the DJ02 series.

Depending on the model, the side panel may also fit other series, but this has not been tested.

I have created 3 different variants of the model and tested 2 of them. I would recommend printing the simplified version of the side part as it is the easiest to print and fits perfectly on the tank. You can see a few imperfections in the pictures, this is because I only printed the parts as a prototype. I created one 6 mm and one 8 mm model. Depending on whether you prefer to have a nice look or prioritize strength. In some places there is still a little space between the side part and the tank, but these small imperfections can easily be pressed on with a hairdryer.

The side part has a weight of approx. 450g with a 0.2mm layer and 40% filling density.
