3D model description

Improved Novritsch ssg10 A1 charger design and compatible with vsr10.

A flap at the bottom has been included in the design for easy removal.

The springs in the ball retainer have been cancelled and replaced with a single piece with a flexible pin to prevent them from slipping out.

For its construction it is necessary to reuse a spring of a broken magazine or to buy an inner spring in my case I have acquired a spring of 1 meter long that gives me to make 5 magazines for a price of 14 €.

The way to assemble it once printed is as follows:

First we place the head of the spring, turning it on the tip should screw the spring into it.

Second we place in position the spring guide inside the recess that brings the magazine so that it does not move and we place the top cap without screwing checking that the guide is held by the caps and is not loose inside.

Third we introduce the spring with the magazine caps together through the mouth of the magazine and when the head of the spring arrives we separate them a little to be able to introduce it inside and we screw the magazine.

Fourth, we insert the ball retainer in the correct position (tabs down) and press carefully so that it is fixed on the rails.

3D printing settings

The magazine covers can be printed with brackets in a height of 0.30

Small parts (spring guide, spring head and ball retainer) , I recommend to make them in a height of 0.20 and at a very low speed over 15mm/s
