USING THE AIR - AIR HEAT EXCHANGER IS ONE WAY TO RECOVER THAT LOST ENERGY DURING VENTILATION! INSTEAD OF OPEN A WINDOW AND LOOSING THE HEAT/COULD FROM YOUR HOUSE... USE A HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM!

FOR EXCHANGER THERMAL TRANSFER MEDIA ARE USED POLYCARBONATE SHEETS - 4MM DUAL WALLS - SIZE 450X450mm.
FOR SEPARATION PLAN ARE USED STRIPS OF POLYCARBONATE SHEET - 4MM DUAL WALLS - SIZE 20X450mm.

FOR BEST RESULTS A 600X900 CO2 LASER IS REQUIRED TO CUT THE TRANSFER MEDIA MATERIALS - POLYCARBONATE, AND ALSO FOR THE FACES OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER - PLEXIGLAS.

IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE LASER UNIT, THE TOP AND BOTTOM FACES ARE DESIGN TO BE CUT (EACH) IN TWO SECTIONS.
