Airsoft carbine kit (KL143)

I present you my first 3d airsoft project. If you have any old unused gearbox you can take advantage of it with this funny carbine kit.

Please note that depending on the printing quality the parts may need to be sanded or modified to fit properly.

It is designed to be able to be printed on small beds

(the lower measures about 30cm but has a version cut in two or three parts that require glue and small m4 screws to be mounted)

For stability reasons the bolt and the loading lever are not functional (dummy).

Required parts:

-Cannon, rubber and rotating chamber (tested with prowin, specna and retro arms).

-gearbox with its pins (tested with specna gear, probably others like vfc ORION are wider and don't fit properly)

-ar15 airsoft ar15 stock tube with its proper set screw

-magazine tensioner (extraction button tested acm/raccoon and cyma)

-ar15 type pistol grip (smooth back side)

-Glue

-thin metric nuts m4 (2,5mm wide)

-metric nuts m5

-screw length m4: 27mm,22mm,12mm

-screws m5 length 15mmx4

Compatible with aeg m4 loaders (tested pmag DDAY and stanag CYMA)

Probably can also be used with a cyma type ar15 selector (I have not tested it)

It is recommended to print with a resistant filament such as ABS or PETG with a minimum fill of 25% and the necessary orientation so that the parts are resistant.
