HPMax Diabolos 3D Printing 9mm .357

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your interest in my diabolos.

This purchase includes many very good working diabolos + A total of 15 files including beta files to print and test!

As a preface:

I assume no liability on my constructions and possible injuries and damage to guns! Use at your own risk! Never shoot at people, animals and ricocheting objects! The diabolos may also be fired only with the 7.5 Joule version.

Version overview:

V01: Standard diabolo without modification, is good for plinking.

V02: Intended for PLA and 4.5mm steel BBs. It is recommended to glue the ball! Achieve a very good hit pattern at 15 m.

V03: Same as V02, but the 4.5 mm BBs go deeper into the diabolo. Suitable for TPU and PLA+

V04: Flat head

V05: Pointed head

V06: Tracer, not yet tested, hollow inside. On top hole for liquid fluorescent materials. Transparent filament is needed for this. The 4.5 mm steel ball which serves as a closure, must be glued in! Here with higher temperature printing, so that the diabolo also closes tightly! Fill hole about 1mm in diameter.

V07: Long bullet 12 mm, not yet tested.

V98/99: Are V02 and 03, except that it prints the steel ball directly from PLA if you want V1, but the center of gravity further forward.

06.06.2023 Update

New beta versions + updates have been added. Among other things, the tracers are now easier to print. Added markers and nail diabolos. For the nail diabolos I have chosen 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm nails. These have to be glued with a metal/ permanent elastic glue e.g. UHU max Repair. For detail see pictures.

08.06.2023 Update

There was a request for a version for 6 mm PLA and TPU. Also, I have a 6 mm version with bottom cavity for 4.5 mm BBs or lead weight to make it heavier.

Also you can print these versions Transparent and fill with luminous paint, Finish it off does with glued in 6 mm BBs.

09.06.2023 Update

More test diabolos have been added. Please note that not all go into the magazine and must be loaded by hand.

For the Marker and Glow versions, Orca Slicer (open source) is recommended as it has good settings for printing the inlay!

Printed my diabolos with 30% infill and a layer height of 0.12 mm. SLA printing only works well with higher pressures than 7.5 joules or needs to print about 0.05 - 0.1 mm smaller. Print speed is usually around 60 mm/s.

Are printed as solid material with SLA but very precise, due to the weight and still high airspeed. Please note that the resin could possibly attack the barrel.
