3D model description

The Latros bug. A creature of immense strength and precision. In Latin, the bug is a thief. In Greek, it is a doctor. Either name is fitting given its ability for precise attacks and healing abilities. It can be colored differently according to it environment. The Latros bug can live in caves, caverns, and badlands. Sometimes seen in open fields pretending to be rocky outcrops. Its young hatch from eggs. It has no metamorphosis. its growth is linked to the local geology. the crystals are a part of it and not just a shell. Each crystal "of size" can bud into a new Latros bug as a survival mechanism. It cannot be done by accident. It's healing abilities are mysterious in nature. It is assumed it can heal the flora and fauna around it by exciting piezoelectric properties of the crystals on its body. It is still a theory at best and garbage cart mysticism at worst. Either way, the results seen cannot be argued. The Latros bug is a beautiful creature, but it is best admired from a distance.
