Now Includes a version for 1/10 scale buggies and offroad vehicles!

This is a 1/10 scale alignment rack / setup station, designed for rc drift cars. it allows precise tuning changes of:

Toe: -40 - +40 degrees
Caster: -20 - +20 degrees
Camber: -15 - +15 degrees

It can also be used to help set ackerman and visualize alignment changes through steering and suspension motion.

Please print the following:

Generic Folder - all parts
Vehicle specific folder - choose your vehicle and print all parts in the folder

When switching between On-road and Off-road assemblies you only need to change the joiner and caster plates. Toe plates and camber plates are all the same

Hardware needed:

24x - m3x6 screws (bearings to parts)
4x - m3x8 screws (caster plate to camber plate)
24x - 3x7x3 bearings

The On-road caster plates have 2 choices,

3mm to allow them to bolt to cars that use m3 screws for wheel nuts (d5mr)

4mm for any other car that uses wheel nuts

these holes may need to be chased with a drill bit to ensure a slip fit depending on your printers tuning.

Camber plates need supports but the rest does not
