I found that there could be some differences between blasters that may cause issues with the tight tolerances that work in mine. If you need a looser link print the V2. I modified a few dimensions and thinned the front rim for a looser fit and easier feed.

If you find your prints have elephants foot it will need to be trimmed to fit right. You may want to print upside down if that is the case. As before full supports and brim.

If you find the darts stick inside too well and jam, a very lite sanding of the ramps inside the link should knock off any excess on the ramps causing extra drag.

Designed with some improvements over the stock model for better feeding.

Print with 100% infill, standing vertical with full supports (everywhere) and a brim (especially if you are printing a bunch at a time.)

The pin connector holes are intentionally undersized. Use some 1.75mm filament as connecting pins. I would drill the 2 holes on one side out to be fairly easy to put the filament through and drill the single pin hole on the other side only enough that you still have to use a little force with some pliers to get it through. It will hold it's connections and yet flop around as needed this way.

The tolerances are a little tight with the tabs to allow for better feeding. As such when you insert the filament as a connecting pin make sure to trim it flush and move it up and down a bit to insure that there are no tabs sticking out to get in the way or it may jam.

Tests currently show accurate and reliable feeding about as good if not better then the factory belt.

I printed these in PLA+ with no real issues but if you are going to use it in a lot of battles I would use PETG.

Use a .4 nozzle. Using the .8 causes the walls to be too thick and they will not feed or even allow you to close the door.
