3D model description

A mostly reversible conversion to turn Wick and similar shell ejecting winchester 1894s into an accurate airsoft rifle.

https://youtu.be/hx-Ben-F_XY

This is a somewhat fiddly conversion, do not attempt if you are not confident in your skills. With an SHS M120 spring, maple leaf autobot bucking, and 430mm barrel, it will achieve roughly 0.8J, or 300fps with a 0.2g bb. Somehow it has better range and accuracy than a KTW Winchester.

Currently, magazines are not quick to change and cannot be removed from the gun until mostly emptied, but I hope to update the design with improved magazines at a later date.

Required hardware:

430mm vsr/gbb barrel (ideally unbridged)
vsr/gbb bucking (I recommend maple leaf for the sealing clip)

M4x6mm grub screw for the TDC

M3x20mm cap head screw for the magazine
6mmx300mm spring for the magazine follower (wire thickness 0.6mm or less)

35mm of the gun's original mag tube spring to go in front of the nozzle.

130mm of 6mm PU air line to replace the gun's original air line (make sure to start with slightly more length than you need)

3D printing settings

All parts should be printed in PLA+ or something of similar strength. Use a wall thickness of at least 1.6mm, ideally more. Will print fine with a 0.8mm nozzle, and should work with smaller nozzles.

Magazine, mag tube, tdc cover, barrel mount and follower should be rotated 180 degrees before slicing.
