Officially Extinct in 1939.
Notamacropus greyi, commonly known as the Toolache Wallaby or the Grey's Wallaby, was a species of kangaroo native to Australia.
It was once found in the southern regions of Australia, but due to hunting and habitat loss, the species was declared extinct in 1939.
The Toolache Wallaby was a medium-sized macropod, with adults weighing around 20-25 kg. It was known for its distinctive grey fur and long, powerful hind legs, which allowed it to hop at high speeds.
