3D model description

as I could not find a perfect wallet for what I needed, I started to design one, has space for 6 or 4 cards, and a sliding drawer in the back to store bills, coins, keys, etc..

there is a plain version and others with designs of

mandalorian or attack on titan for the front and r2d2,stormtrooper or attack on titan for the back.

it is designed to print at 0.2mm,in my case with 20% infill,no support is needed except for the back covers and push levers with design,on the plain version it would not be necessary as it can be laid flat on the bed,

in my case I print the back cover and the lever with the drawing down,making a color change in layer 3,but the supports are a little tedious to remove in that position,maybe printing with the drawing on the top side would be easier.

both the front and back can be printed with their smooth base on the bed without supports by making a color change on layer 19 of the front and 29 of the back.

each cover has its matching backing continuing the design of the cover.

4 m3x12 screws are needed to mount the 6-card version, and m3x10 screws are needed for the 4-card version.

3D printing settings

0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 20% gyroid filling, no supports except lever and cap.

recommended to print on PETG.
