The Simple Pallete is an accessible way for painters to further their skills and also save money on dried out paint. The purpose of a wet pallete is to prevent your paints from drying out as you are using them, increasing working time and maintaining consistancy. This pallete provides a huge working area (175x200mm) compared to other palletes and has low sides to allow for easy brush loading and point forming. The lid of the pallete also doubles as a dry pallete for washes as well as a texture pallete for drybrushing.

The wet pallete is designed to fit off the shelf cellulose sponges and uses butchers or grease proof paper as the membrane. For best results the inside of the pallete can also be primed to prevent penetration of water or paint.

Youtubers Squidmar Miniatures and Miniac have some great tutorials on how to get the most out of these game changing tools. I would definitely recommend checking them out before using the pallete.

Some doming may occur during printing but this can be fixed by laying the parts on a flat surface and heating gently with a hairdryer.
