3D model description

Who doesn't want to play with a human spine? This articulated flexi toy is mostly print-in-place and comes with an optional skull with a opening jaw! Note: This model is not anatomically correct, but it's still cool regardless

This model is 'mostly' print-in-place, meaning that while the spine is print-in-place, the skull (+jaw) needs to be attached separately

Included are 4 Files:
- The Skull
- The Jaw
- The Spine (Equipped with an attachment point for the skull)
- A stand alone spine (In case you don't want the skull attached)

This model is ~25cm long and ~5cm wide by default once assembled, but feel free to scale it bigger or smaller as you please. I do not recommend scaling it smaller than 80%, as then the joints may become fragile

Thank you for checking out my design! If you like it then feel free to browse my other works. I make a variety of different things

3D printing settings

These models were test printed using a PLA printer (Ender 3) in white Creality 1.75mm filament, as well as a variety of colored filaments, with a 10% infill and a 3 layer thick wall (1.2mm)

The spine and jaw require No Supports
For the skull, a layer of auto-supports will work just fine. I do not recommend rotating the skull

Prints best in PLA!

If printing in SLA, make sure to use supports on the spine so that the bottom exposure layers don't seal up the joints
