3D model description

The main goal is to obtain the most rigid sealing of the X axes. The second goal is the most rigid fixation of the Y-axis bearings.

To date, only one part has been printed to check dimensions. This carriage has not yet been installed on any printer.

I create a carriage with the following parameters:

Diameter Y-axe = 10 mm.
Fastening the cover of the axis Y = DIN 912 M3x55, 4 pieces.
Mounting bearings Y axis = 55 mm (2xLM10UU or 1xLM10LUU).
The diameter of the bearing channel Y = 18.6 (for subsequent machining).

The diameter of the axes X = 8mm.
Mount axis X = DIN931 M3x16 2 pieces + DIN912 M3x12 2 pieces.
The diameter of the channels of the axes X = 7.6 (for subsequent machining).

Roller axis smooth rod with a diameter of 5mm.
The diameter of the channel axis of the rollers = 4.6 mm (for subsequent machining).

The endstop X is angled, clued on the carriage. The STL file for endstop X is attached to the project, but it will be better to interrupt the infrared rays if you make it from a piece of aluminum or iron.

The endstop Y should also be glued to the carriage Y. I use compact endstop for the Y-axis ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3236443 ), I am very pleased, and I am going to continue using it, sticking a flag on the carriage or on the bearing cover.
