Los Piojos 2-part Grinder

The file is 4 parts.

To print the band logo, ideally use a 0.4mm nozzle and lowering the speed to 15 mm/s.

First we must print the upper part of the grinder (we can do it with 0.4mm nozzle and height 0.28mm or 0.3mm).

Then, above the top of the grinder we have to place the logo on the Slicer and indicate the height z of the face just above the height of the top of the grinder, then place the tower in the lower left corner of the bed. In this way we print 2 different files and get one on top of the other. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PRINT THE LOGO WITHOUT SUPPORTS AS IT MUST BE ON THE UPPER SIDE OF THE TOP OF THE GRINDER.

ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE IS TO USE EACH PRINTER'S FUNCTION TO PRINT IN 2 COLORS ON A SINGLE FILE.

To make it bigger you can scale the logo to 110% or 120% or the grinder parts to 75% (but you would also have to modify the height of the tower in the latter case).

I printed it in PLA with a Creality Ender 3V2 and I had no problems.

FOR 0.4mm NOZZLE

LAYER HEIGHT: 0.2, 0.28 or 0.3. Any will fit

SUPPORTS: only on the top of the grinder.

FILLING: 20% cubic

SPEED: 50 mm/s for the grinder and 15 mm/s for the logo.
