Comic Book Effects Magnet Set 1

Make your magnetic surface look like a comic book with these awesome BAM & SPLAT comic book sound effect magnets! With bright colors and crisp lines, they will be a hit wherever you put these. These were designed to have a 15mm x 3mm round magnet glued in the bottom. You can find these magnets at your favorite online retailer.

BAM magnet is 101mm x 80mm x 6.6mm.
SPLAT magnet is 101mm x 96mm x 6.2mm

Printing Instructions:
For the single extruders there will be a number of filament swaps. These models were designed with an assumed layer height of .2mm.
SPLAT:
For the SPLAT base there are 2 colors. The bottom color is 3mm with the next color being 1.4mm. You will need to program your slicer so you can change the filament between these colors.
For the SPLAT text there are 2 colors. The Bottom color is 1.6mm with the next color being .8mm. You will need to program your slicer so you can change the filament between these colors.

BAM:
For the BAM base there are 4 colors.
The bottom color #1 is 3mm.
Color #2 is 1.2mm.
Color #3 is .6mm.
Color #4 is .6mm.
You will need to program your slicer so you can change the filament between the colors.

For the BAM text.
For the BAM text there are 2 colors. The Bottom color is .8mm with the next color being .8mm. You will need to program your slicer so you can change the filament between these colors.

For the magnet hole:
I got the best results using supports in this area. Slicer programed supports work fine.

For multi-material printers, paint your color changes at the same layers using your slicer.

Assembly instructions:
The bases and text were designed to be glued together for MAX effect! There are a few areas where the text hangs over open space for coolness. The bases have a slight relief designed in them to allow proper placement of the text on top. Use your favorite adhesive here.
For PLA I recommend 3D Gloop or Starbond.

The magnets were designed to be glued in. I recommend using E6000 for this.
