3D model description

Es Goyang is a popular Indonesian dessert or snack that is enjoyed especially during hot weather. The term es translates to ice, while goyang means shake or sway. It is named as such because of the shaking or swaying motion that is used to mix and enjoy the dessert.

Es Goyang is made by combining a variety of ingredients in a plastic bag or container. The ingredients typically include crushed ice, sweetened condensed milk, flavored syrup (such as strawberry, chocolate, or pandan), and various toppings like jelly cubes, pieces of fruit, grass jelly, or colored pearls.

To prepare Es Goyang, the ingredients are combined in a plastic bag or container, ensuring that there is enough space for the ice to move freely. The bag or container is then sealed tightly. The fun part begins as you start shaking or swaying the bag vigorously, causing the ingredients to mix and blend together. The shaking motion helps distribute the syrup and condensed milk evenly, creating a refreshing and flavorful treat.

Once the mixture is well combined, a small hole is made in the bag or container, and a straw or spoon is inserted to enjoy the dessert. You can drink the chilled mixture directly from the bag or use a spoon to scoop it out. The combination of cold, sweetened ice with various toppings creates a delightful and cooling sensation, making Es Goyang a popular choice to beat the heat in Indonesia.

Es Goyang is often sold by street vendors or at food stalls in Indonesia. It is a versatile dessert, allowing for customization with different flavors and toppings based on personal preferences. It is a refreshing and enjoyable treat that is particularly loved by Indonesians, providing a sweet escape from the hot and humid weather.
