SIDESADDLE FOR 12 GAUGE PUMP ACTION SHOTGUN (7 ROUNDS)

This product was originally developed for itself. It has subsequently undergone a number of modifications and has resulted in a complete solution that satisfies both the demands of the average pump-action shotgun user and the requirements of tactical shooters.

This side-by-side saddle allows to use it both for rapid loading of cartridges and for live shooting, as it allows to place cartridges in any position.

The Sidesaddle is ergonomically shaped and does not damage the palm of your hand while training.

The Sidesaddle should be loaded exclusively from the side. It can be unloaded on the side, top or bottom.

To attach it to the receiver, double-sided adhesive tape is used. I recommend the tape 3M VHB 5952. It has an excessive adhesive force, which ensures that your sidesaddle will not fall off at the most inopportune moment. Degreasing the sidesaddle and receiver surfaces is mandatory. I recommend the use of isopropyl alcohol, with a minimum strength of 70%.

Table temperature - 60-70 degrees

Nozzle temperature - 240-250 degrees

Printing line width - 0.6 mm.

Layer height - 0.2-0.3 mm

Blowing - 50%

The profile of the siding allows printing at elevated temperatures, which has a positive effect on interlayer adhesion. The wide printing line adds to the elasticity of the cartridge grips.
