This is the dt-29 blaster used by orson krennic
During the Galactic Civil War, some DT-29's found their way onto battlefields as service pistols; these blasters were fitted with energy packs that greatly enhanced stopping power and rate of fire, but required the pack to be ejected and manually reloaded after just six shots. The DT-29 feeds from a 6-shot cylinder power cell and actually has to be reloaded rather than be cooled down. Its unique crosshair seems to indicate that the cylinder behaves similar to that of a revolver, rotating between shots
