3D model description

This is a little "starter kit" to make your own cabinets.
You will get a parallel guide for the festool guide rail, a universal supportfoot for a router and a shelf pin jig.
I'm not a carpenter and used it to build my first cabinet. I think it didn't turn out so bad. The Pin Jig is for a 32mm Hole Line with an edge distance of 37mm. The first and the last hole has an edge distance of 22mm so there is enough space for the hinge. For now it's made for a 17mm copy ring (Bosch POF1400 scope of delivery)

The biggest parts are 210mm long. So it should printable on the most printers

Print (approximately 135g Filament)

- some M8 Nuts (It depends on whether you use long screws or threaded rods) i used 7pcs M8 Nuts

- 2pcs M8x60 or longer Screws oder M8 threaded rod
- 3pcs M8 washer

Shelf Pin Jig:
Print (approximately 235g Filament depends on how many pieces you will print)
- 1pcs Pin_Jig_Start
- 1pcs Pin_Jig_End
- Pin_Jig_Extension as many as you want
- Pingrip_Hole as many as you want (5mm Shelf pin needed)
- Pingrip_Pin as many as you want (no Shelf Pin needed)

- some 5mm Shelf Pins (depends on how many extensions you want) (i used 5mm Hettich Pins)
- some M5 Nuts
- some M5x25 Screws

3D printing settings

  • printed with black Extrudr NX2 PLA and orange eSun PLA+
  • I used the Standart Cura 0,2mm Profil
  • Infill 50%
  • Support only for the Screwhead holes needed
  • turn "Connection_M8" 180Β° (flat side on bed)
  • turn "Stop_Jaws_M8" 90Β° (the nose upwards)
