"Paladin Kristoffa Torquemada... Inquisitor now innit?" The cockney accent of a flamboyantly-dressed halfling echoes against the walls of the Sewer-side Inn.

"Indeed, you have done well for yourself. Nick Pinch, the Grey Fox. Merchant's Guild-master..." The Inquisitor embraces the Halfling... "The pouch of gold you're trying to pick is my gift to you, old friend."

"You know me too well." The Halfling laughs. "Right. lemme down and we can talk business!"

Putting the Halfling down, the Inquisitor turns and draws his sword on the muggers trying to king-hit him. "Mr. Pinch, please have your men stand-down before I put them down."

"Oy! Knockit off! We're Talking business yer dumb gits! Now Git back ta ya drinks!" Pinch growls and his guild-members stand down. "Right Inquisitor. Why ya down here in the Rat-ways? The Guild paid up already."

"I need your help." The Inquisitor says as he gives the halfling a grave look. "Can we talk in private?"

"Leave the bar unattended with these lads 'ere?" The Guildmaster's face as unreadable as ever as he leans in to the Inquisitor. ""How bad izzit?!"

"The Queen to be has a blood-pact with Asmodeus, courtiers are being turned into vampires via a bite during fellatio, and the Orc, Goblin and Drow are once again in an alliance to start another Great War while the Church is busy dealing with the Demonic corruption of the Holy-Lands."

"So ya need the best, even though I officially retired" The Halfling nods "Right, I'm in. Gimme 2 days to get a git to cover me... War is good fer business only if I'm on the winnin' side!"

Nick Pinch, known as the Grey Fox, is a Puckish rogue and legitimate businessman. Hired as a procurement specialist by the Inquisition, he vehemently denies any rumors that the Merchant's Guild is just a renamed Thieves Guild, claiming that the rumors are spread by his bigoted competition who can't match his low prices or the speed of his supply lines.

But Frankie (The Player) is back from his deployment, and the DM was like 'Just level Nick Pinch up, we used him as an NPC for several sessions a while back, so having the Merchant's Guild continuing to do business makes more sense then a new-arrival at the ports.

The old mini was before Frank got the leveled gold, so the new mini is Mr Pinch in the crowns!
