This is a Pinball Bumper, Scale 100:80. Its designed for 21-22mm diameter Steel balls. The STLs are the same as I provide there - https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/pinball-bumper. But here provide exactly the same STLs but additionally the Greber File and Info’s that enables you to make a professional Printed Circuit Board (PCB), especially designed for this Bumper. E.g. the holes in the PCB will fit the Screws of the Solenoid to mount it on the Bumper Assembly.
See those Videos, there you can see this Bumper in action:

A 15 Page Step by Step instruction for printing and building the Bumper is in the Download included. Also, for the PCB there is an 8 Page Instruction Manual included, with all the Info needed (e.g., List with all Electronic Parts/Components, Tipps, Testing Procedures, …).
Features of the PCB/Circuit:
The PCB has following features:
• the Bumper is automatically activated when hit
• Output (HIGH/LOW) for controller to detect a Bumper Hit
• LED 1 – LEDs which will be automatically shortly switched on when bumper is hit
• LED 2 – LEDs which can be switched on/off via the Controller
• the Bumper can be activated also via the Controller
• Test Button
• onboard LED, which is lit in case the Bumper gets activated
• Solenoid Protections:
o by Thermostat Switch attached to the Solenoids Coil
o the Solenoid can be activated only very shortly
• the Mounting Holes are fitting exactly the Design of the 3D Bumper
• designed for 5V Controllers, can be modified for 3.3V Controllers
Please understand that I cannot give it for free, it took me a lot of time, energy and as well money to get a Bumper and PCB Design which works great - thx!
For all which bought till Sept. 23 the Bumper Deisgn without PCB, i give this Version for free.
DISCLAIMER! Even I provide the Greber for PCB production, you still need a basic Knowledge about electronics. By downloading the Files, you confirm and agree with the following:
