3D model description

Custom Sleeve for Nintendo Switch Cartridge in a form of NES Cartridge.

Since Switch Cartridge is small, this sleeve will make easier to find your Switch Cartridge and make it harder to slip into small spaces like in your couch.

The slot have notches, this will prevent cartridge easily fall, while making satisfying click when inserting cartridge to the slot.

There are 2 form of sleeves, with and without cutout at the backside. The cutout will make easier to take out the cartridge, but it makes less look like NES cartridge, therefore I provided 2 versions for your liking.

Since every 3D printer settings can be different in term of extrusion settings, I also provided sleeve test for you to adjust sleeve sizes, if you think it's too tight.

There is PDF instruction provided on how to adjust the size and produce your own STL files. You will need to download and install FreeCAD (free) software to edit provided *.FCStd files.

As a bonus, I provided box sleeve PDF file that you can print and built it yourself.

UPDATE

Added Display Stand, so you can put your cartridges for a nice display.

Provided 3 STL files which has 2x2, 2x3, and 2x4 slots. Also provided FreeCAD file for you to customize number of slots and sizes, as well instructions to customize the stand using FreeCAD.

3D printing settings

Sleeve size is ~44mm x ~44mm x ~5mm in size.

Material: PLA

3D Printer Settings:
- 0.4mm nozzle
- 0.2mm layer height
- 20% infill (or more if you want)

With 50mm/s speed, printing time approx. 45 minutes.
